Welcome to Since Crafts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Since Crafts ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.

2. Products

Since Crafts designs and manufactures handcrafted products. As our products are made from natural materials and finished by hand:

  • Every item is unique.
  • Timber grain, colour, texture, and natural markings will vary.
  • Minor variations between products and website photographs are normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

3. Product Use

Our pendant light shades are supplied as decorative lamp shades only.

Unless otherwise stated, electrical components such as light fittings, wiring, globes, ceiling roses, and installation hardware are not included.

Where electrical installation is required, it should be carried out by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician in accordance with applicable Australian regulations.

Since Crafts is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow applicable installation requirements.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where required by Australian law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order occurs once we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • payment cannot be verified;
  • pricing or product information contains an error;
  • a product becomes unavailable; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods available during checkout.

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Since Crafts does not store your full credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • product designs
  • photographs
  • graphics
  • logos
  • text
  • artwork
  • product descriptions
  • website design

is the property of Since Crafts unless otherwise stated and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify the website without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Since Crafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
