We take great care in crafting, inspecting, and packaging every pendant light shade to ensure it arrives safely and ready for you to install with your own electrical fitting.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

We work to keep shipping costs as fair and competitive as possible while ensuring your handcrafted products are packaged safely for transit.

Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

As each product is handcrafted, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will keep you informed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Victoria: 2–5 business days
• New South Wales, South Australia & ACT: 3–6 business days
• Queensland & Tasmania: 4–7 business days
• Western Australia & Northern Territory: 5–10 business days
• Regional and Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

These delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Packaging

Every pendant light shade is carefully packaged using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

• the product
• the packaging
• the shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Authority to Leave

Deliveries may require a signature depending on the courier and destination.

If you choose Authority to Leave, Since Crafts cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after the parcel has been delivered according to the courier's records.

International Shipping

At this time, Since Crafts ships within Australia only.

If you are located outside Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us before placing an order. We will be happy to discuss available shipping options.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
